How calendar access is used
An authorised Code Ambassadors administrator may connect a Google account so the portal can create, update, and cancel scheduled live-class events, generate a unique Google Meet link, and send invitations to the relevant participants. The portal does not use Google Calendar data for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.
